  1. A little patriotism is not a bad thing. You know, along the lines of love of country, thanking God for the many, many blessings he has showered on America & Americans, that sort of thing. The web has been repeating that the city council in the town Of Eugene, Oregon has just voted to refuse to permit the U.S.Pledge of Allegiance at public meetings. Why, you ask? The City Councilmen&women declared the U.S. Pledge of Allegiance is “too divisive”.Hmmmmm, That vote wouldn’t even get on the agenda here in Florida. Happy Independence Day!
