Day trip to Jì Xiàn, teaching & sight-seeing

This was our first full day in which we had to rely totally on just our own Mandarin and culture skills to navigate a whole with total strangers who had no English. The deal was they drive us out, we teach for 90 minutes, and then they give us a banquet and guided tour to all these local places of interest, which included a Confucian temple, Guanyin temple, and stuff like that. Tons of pictures.
