It’s neat to see the traditions of different countries coming together. Do Chinese people really wear those Santa Hats for Christmas, or is that your North American touch?
Jessica, I really like the blouse you are wearing in the pictures–beautiful! It looks like you guys had a lot of fun! Oh, nice mini Christmas tree! It’s good to know you made the effort. You have two cats now!? I guess that shows how long it’s been since I have looked at your blog!
I have noticed a lot of people holding up two fingers in pictures–does that mean the same thing in China as it does in the States (Peace)? Just wondering.
You know, I don’t know what that means. Maybe, “I’m cute!” But the two finger thing is getting passe. The teens and young people have a bunch of different gestures they do in pictures. And the girls do it more than the guys. In these pictures I think Chong-en (bass player) and Wen-di (wearing the apron) may have been joking.
